How many days does it take to ship a product?

Please Note:- Post Shipment, the courier takes somewhere around 3 to 5 working days to deliver the item.

Do I have to pay the Custom Duty Charges?
Yes Custom Duty Charges are to be borne by you since, 'Every time when an item crosses an international border from one country to another, it is subject to these charges by the importing country's rules and regulations'.
Can I order for COD (Cash On Delivery)?
Yes COD is now available however 50% advance payment is required to confirm and process your order.
Is COD available for International Order?

Is there an Express Delivery (Shipping Within 24-48 hrs)?

Do you offer Customization?
Yes, customization is possible in terms of colors, adding sleeves and other minor customization. For additional customization, you can contact us at 919830638331 or email at sushram2013@gmail.com. However there is an additional 15% charge for Bust Size above 40.
How do I get my outfit altered?
We generally keep a 4" margin in all our custom made outfits. Usually, the measurements are accurate and the alteration is quite minimal. However if anything major comes up we would be happy to assist you.
Is there a Return/Exchange or Refund for a Product?
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at sushram2013@gmail.com or Whatsapp Us at 919830638331, if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method or issued a Credit Note or Gift Card for future purchase. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
